About the PoSH Act 2013

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 mandates every organization with 10+ employees to provide a safe working environment and conduct annual awareness programs.

Non-compliance can result in penalties up to ₹50,000 and cancellation of business licences. PENN helps you stay compliant with confidence.
